Blueberry Tart with a Touch of Cinnamon

Crust made in Cuisinart or similar machine:
I cup of all purpose flour
6 tablespoons of frozen butter, cut into 1 tablespoon pieces
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon cold water
1/8 teaspoon salt
Use metal blade and add all ingredients to bowl and process by turning on and off rapidly for 5 seconds to mix. Continue processing until dough forms on blade.
Makes one 8 or 9 inch pastry shell. Wrap in plastic and put in refridgerate for 30 minutes to cool.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Filling:

1 pint blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons of flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup of blackberry or similar jelly to glaze
Mix together sugar, flour and cinnamon.
Wash and dry blueberries and mix with sugar/flour/cinnamon mixture Roll the dough and place into the tart form and add blueberry filling.
Bake in middle of oven for 50 minutes. Take out of oven, let sit while warming jelly on stove top, just until warm, then brush over finished tart.
